Before you start

What does "your own API keys" actually mean?

The assistant thinks using an AI account in your name. You paste a key once and it is encrypted immediately. No screen in the app can read it back, it is never sent to us, and it is only ever used to call your own provider. You pay provider rates for what you use with no markup from us, and you can revoke it whenever you like. A free key is enough to get going.

Is thirty minutes really enough to judge it?

It is enough to answer the seven questions, get a week of marketing drafted in your voice and run a site check, which is most of the product. The clock is on the server and tied to your account, so it does not tick while you are away and clearing cookies will not restart it. Cancel inside your first thirty minutes and you pay nothing: email fsvworldd@gmail.com and it is done the same day.

How do I cancel?

Email fsvworldd@gmail.com from the address on your account and say you want to cancel. Inside your first thirty minutes that is a full refund. After that, we stop the subscription renewing and you keep the assistant until the period you already paid for runs out. You can also delete your account from inside the app at any time, which erases your memories and your keys immediately.

Can another customer see my business?

No. Every memory, key, clip and figure is stored against your account and filtered on it at the database level. Delete your account and all of it goes: memories, keys and your clips.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cutting you off mid-month. Nothing is deleted when access ends, so if you come back later your assistant still knows your business.

Does it post or email on its own?

No. It drafts and you decide. Nothing leaves the app without you pressing something.
